We are Knitting Huts!
We are a For Profit Social Enterprise working with rural women of Himachal Pradesh to develop premium hand-knitted products for humans and their homes.
We take orders for our international clients as well to produce under their labels using yarns like Pure Cotton, Organic Cotton, Pure Silk, Cashmere, Yak, Angora, Mohair, Merino and Sheep Wools.
Our products are listed on etsy.com at the moment and our website is under the works.
We are a fairly new organization in social enterprise arena and have had great experiences in the short span of time working with talented rural populations of the region. We truly believe that the art of hand-knitting is still under utilized when it comes to upliftment of handicrafts industry as a whole. We see a lot of weaving work, bamboo work, wood carving, embroidery and block printing but hand-knitting, for some reason, lags far behind.
We are working towards streamlining the hand-knitting industry and making premium hand-knits cool again!2 likes

This UPCYCLED-HANDWOVEN fabric is then used to make handcrafted utility items such as bags and fashion accessories, home decor and office stationary products. Some of these products are presented in our online shop: https://www.recharkha.org/collections/all.
We retail these products at our office in Pune(India) and directly sell through exhibitions in India and Netherlands. Apart from these products, we customize products for BULK corporate orders for our customers.

This week's tip!
When a team reaches a quick agreement on a solution with little discussion or deliberation, is one of the surest ways to stifle innovation.
How can you help your team steer clear of this trap and keep fresh ideas alive?

Childhood teach us everything that we love. Our passion, our vision & our mission were built unknowingly from those days and move us towards our destiny/destination.
Such childhood days developed the curiosity about our traditions & made me to thrive for more & more on lost traditions of this world leading the journey of #handcrafting Nutreat and it was my #Dad who sowed the seed of traditional India & its heritage for a radiant life.
The day we were at HITEX (Hyderabad International Trade Expositions Limited) many such kids pounding with curiosity after seeing the #stonegrinder reminded myself at age 10

This week's tip!
If networking feels transactional — and even unnatural — to you, you’re not alone.
Maybe you take a bit longer to open up to people.
Maybe your mind goes blank when you’re trying to make a good impression.
Or maybe you feel the need to overcompensate for your nerves with false enthusiasm.
How can you reconcile the fact that you should be networking with your equally strong desire to avoid the discomfort of it all?
