We UPCYCLE waste plastic such a polybags/plastic bags, biscuit or wafer wrappers and other multilayered packaging, using a traditional CHARKHA (Spindle) and HANDLOOM to weave it into a fabric. This unique process is designed to provide LIVELIHOOD opportunities to our TRIBAL WOMEN and YOUTH.
We have our process explained in following videos:

(In English Language)This UPCYCLED-HANDWOVEN fabric is then used to make handcrafted utility items such as bags and fashion accessories, home decor and office stationary products. Some of these products are presented in our online shop: https://www.recharkha.org/collections/all.
We retail these products at our office in Pune(India) and directly sell through exhibitions in India and Netherlands. Apart from these products, we customize products for BULK corporate orders for our customers.More later...

When a team reaches a quick agreement on a solution with little discussion or deliberation, is one of the surest ways to stifle innovation.
How can you help your team steer clear of this trap and keep fresh ideas alive?

1 year ago PublicChildhood teach us everything that we love. Our passion, our vision & our mission were built unknowingly from those days and move us towards our destiny/destination.
Such childhood days developed the curiosity about our traditions & made me to thrive for more & more on lost traditions of this world leading the journey of #handcrafting Nutreat and it was my #Dad who sowed the seed of traditional India & its heritage for a radiant life.
The day we were at HITEX (Hyderabad International Trade Expositions Limited) many such kids pounding with curiosity after seeing the #stonegrinder reminded myself at age 10

If networking feels transactional — and even unnatural — to you, you’re not alone.
Maybe you take a bit longer to open up to people.
Maybe your mind goes blank when you’re trying to make a good impression.
Or maybe you feel the need to overcompensate for your nerves with false enthusiasm.
How can you reconcile the fact that you should be networking with your equally strong desire to avoid the discomfort of it all?Source: Adapted from “The Awkward Person’s Guide to Networking,” by Alyssa F. Westring
