Doing our best to create a "Zero Waste Food Production" kitchen.

Recently we have our analysis on "The food materials that we are wasting" after procurement from the farmer. As said it not even 1% wastage from our traditional kitchen that does into the garbage.

No surprise it is "Zero".

In year 2019-2020, there was few situation where we have to throw our Dry nuts & Seeds which was almost 3% of our procurement. However a strategy and a stubborn decision of procuring low quantities at higher price from the farmer gave us Zero wastage by the year 2022.

Although need some good reach to support more the farmers and create more employment in the rural areas our simple and steady strategies are working incredible in achieving the universal goal SDG-12.

Soon we will make your jaws drop by procuring more from the farmer but Zero wastage industrial kitchens are possible with our unique strategies.

Wonderful to read about your strategy shift which reduces waste and contributes to realizing SDG12. Very inspiring and a great example for all of here at this platform. We too can contribute to reducing waste in our own kitchens at home.
