Women on Wings is collaborating with Mahila Arthik Vikas Mahamandal (MAVIM) on its women entrepreneurship program that will generate substantial extra jobs for rural women. To make this program successful, we are looking for a highly motivated account manager who will work with MAVIM in Mumbai. The account manager will become part of Women on Wings’ core team and will be based in Mumbai.
The account manager is the linking pin between the MAVIM team and Women on Wings and manages the program which aims at building MAVIM’s Tejaswini brand, so more products will be sold and extra jobs for women are being generated. The Tejaswini brand is an existing initiative of MAVIM and is the umbrella name under which all sorts of products are being sold which are being made women in rural Maharashtra.
What the account manager should be
A result-driven, pro-active team player with at least 7 years of professional experience who can switch between a corporate and governmental culture.
