Miharu is a social ventur focused on reviving dying heritage crafts through innovative product design. Based in Bengal, Miharu works with 40 artisans and rural women to create wearable jewellery and utility products from a 4000-year-old metal casting process called Dhokra. Founded in 2013, Miharu is on a multitude of platforms including FabIndia and Unicef-USA MarketPlace, and has been awarded for its work by the hands of APJ Abdul Kalam.
