Ive been trained by the Institute for Independent Business and as an Executive Coach I've worked internationally in Europe, America, Asia and Africa.
In change processes I work with the Collin innovation method where knowledge is created through new forms of cooperation, based on natural forms of learning. http://www.collinweb.nl/site/ This is a method that brings peace. The basis is no longer a linear but a circular process. I make use of the collective intelligence of the participating stakeholders, whereby reflection, cooperation and co-creation are placed in the center. The Business Canvas Model is also a tool that I use frequently.
