This is what this Women on Wings community platform is all about: connecting social enterprises so they can learn, get inspired and share best practices. We are extremely pleased to see our partners AVANI from Uttarakhand and ACTION CENTER FOR TRANSFORMATION (ACT) from Haryana, come together in Haryana for a workshop on natural coloring conducted by Avani's Delhi team.
Avani is known for e.g. handmade knits and weaves, and its organic dyes and ACT for its home and lifestyle products made from recycled paper waste. Both social enterprises focus on creating livelihoods for women in rural areas and it is a pleasure to work with both on the realization of their goals.
